Job summary

Colehouse Group is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer & Support Specialist to join the Digital & Technology team in the UK. You will design, build and deploy Power Apps solutions, maintain and optimise tools, and manage a ticket queue with SLA-driven support.

Collaboration with IT and project teams is key to delivering robust, scalable platforms. You will drive governance, architectural alignment and end-user guidance, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to support a growing

Qualifications

• Extensive, hands-on experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Strong knowledge of the wider Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse and ideally Power BI.
• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL and other data sources/connectors.
• Proven experience supporting live applications and managing a service ticket queue (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).
• Understanding of ALM, environments, solutions and Power Platform governance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy new Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven) in line with business requirements.

• Own and manage service tickets relating to existing Power Apps tools, including triage, troubleshooting and resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues and data integration problems.
• Work closely and collaboratively with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Partner with the wider technology team on architecture, integration, security and governance.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and user guidance.
• Provide support and guidance to end users on Power Apps tools.
• Recommend improvements and best practices across the Power Platform estate.

Role Overview

• Join the internal Digital & Technology team to develop, maintain and support the organisation’s Power Apps tools
• Act as the go-to Power Apps expert, supporting both ongoing development and day-to-day support of existing solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy new Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven) in line with business requirements
