Job summary

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a Power Apps Developer Analyst to design, build, and maintain Power Apps that support our staff lifecycle. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and SharePoint integration to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements, develop workflows, and automate data flows across systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of complex Excel formulas.
  • Ability to identify, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Knowledge of configuring ETL tools and/or ability to write code to automate data flows using APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power Apps to support staff lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Power Apps solutions.
  • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint and other systems using standard connectors.

Salary

Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance.

We use Power Apps to enable us to build custom business applications quickly and easily to support our business processes for our salaried and hourly staff lifecycle. We need an experienced analyst to develop and maintain Power Apps so that we can continue to offer excellent service to our users.

You Will Have Experience In
  • Microsoft Power Platform development including Power Automate and experience of working in DevOps environment to support Power Apps solutions
  • Creating and maintaining workflows using Power Automate, and
  • Experience of connecting PowerApps with SharePoint and integrating other solutions using standard connectors
You Will Also Have
  • An excellent working knowledge of complex Excel formulas,
  • The ability to identify, analyse and document business requirements, and
  • Knowledge of configuring ETL tools and/or ability to write code to automate data flows using API to various systems as part of automation/process improvement.
