Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Powder Coater to join the Sheet Metal team. The role reports to the Sheet Metal Production Manager and involves powder coating to ASM/BSI standards, reading and interpreting drawings, and maintaining Paint Shop safety compliance.

Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills. Shifts offered include Day 6am–2:30pm (Mon–Thu) and 6am–11:40am Fri, or Afternoon 1:55pm–9:55pm (Mon–Thu) and 11:15am–6:55pm Fri, with ongoing opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Paint Plant procedures preferred.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships within all levels of the Company
• Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Safety, Environmental & Quality awareness
• Proven track record of working with quality initiatives

Responsibilities

• Ability to powder coat to A.S.M./ B.S.I standards.
• Ability to read and work to drawings / WIS.
• Ability to work within Paint Shop safety requirements
