Job summary

Airedale by Modine is seeking a dedicated Powder Coater to join the Sheet Metal team, reporting to the Sheet Metal Production Manager. The role focuses on powder coating to ASM/BSI standards, reading drawings and ensuring safe paint shop practices.

Day shift is 6am–2:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am–11:40am Friday, with an option for an Afternoon Shift 1:55pm–9:55pm, Friday 11:15am–6:55pm. Training will be provided to develop the required skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Paint Plant procedures preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships within all levels of the Company.
• Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Safety, Environmental & Quality awareness.
• Proven track record of working with quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Powder coat to ASM/ B.S.I standards.
• Read and work to drawings / WIS.
