Job summary

Talent-UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Powder Coater/Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings, and ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish on metal components.

You will operate powder coating spray guns and curing ovens, monitor coating thickness and finish, and adhere to health and safety procedures. This is a permanent position with training and opportunities to develop your skills within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience with powder coating or industrial spraying.
• Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Experience preparing and masking components.
• Good understanding of paint/coating processes.
• Independent work along with team collaboration.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal components for powder coating.
• Clean, degrease and inspect parts before coating.
• Mask and hang components for coating.
• Set up and operate powder coating spray guns and equipment.
• Apply powder evenly to customer specifications.
• Monitor coating thickness and finish.
• Operate and monitor curing equipment/ovens.
• Inspect finished components for defects.
• Maintain equipment and keep the area clean.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work to production schedules and quality standards.
