Job summary

Precision People in Leicester is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing business on a temp-to-perm basis with immediate start. The role covers powder application, touch-ups, and quality standards.

You will work Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 and Friday 07:00-12:00, paid £14 per hour with premium overtime. On offer is a long-term opportunity with a stable team and a chance to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork

Responsibilities

• Use a handgun to cover unpainted products
• Perform touch-ups as needed
• Record powder usage
• Prepping powder drums ready to be used
• Cleaning down used powder drums, spray booth, pipes and hoppers
• Work to a high standard of quality
• Support the team to meet production targets
• Keep work area clean and organized
