Powder Coater - Nuneaton - £15 to £17/hr

We're on the hunt for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing team in Nuneaton. If you know your way around a Gema automatic plant or similar and can switch confidently between manual spraying and robotic systems, this one's for you.

The role:

• Operating Gema automatic powder coating system
• Manual spraying in offline area when needed
• Ensuring high-quality, consistent finishes
• Supporting smooth production flow across both zones
• Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system upkeep
