Mobile Diesel Technician - Full Benefits Day One

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our Mobile Team. Mobile Technicians are responsible for on-site repairs and fleet maintenance for customer accounts, including roadside repairs. This role is ideal for a skilled, efficient technician capable of working independently.

Compensation

• Hourly pay rates: $22 - $50 D.O.E.
• Overtime pay at time and a half
• Monthly performance bonus program

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per dealership and factory standards
• Lift trucks, buses, and heavy equipment safely
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose and repair various systems and components
• Read diagnostic test results and communicate findings
• Order parts and coordinate repairs
• Test drive vehicles post-repair

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Technical or trade school certification
• Certifications in brakes, drive train, diesel engines, electrical systems, HVAC, suspension, and steering
• Experience in preventive maintenance inspections

Requirements

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• CDL preferred
• DOT health card required
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks
