Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Trimmer - Poultry for a busy food production site in Hull (HU7). You will trim and prepare poultry products to specification and help maintain quality and safety standards on a Monday to Friday schedule.

This full-time role offers £14.00 per hour, training and support, and ongoing work within an established manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to meet production targets while upholding hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry, meat processing, food production or trimming is desirable.
• Experience using a knife in a food production environment is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Trimming and preparing poultry products to the required specification.
• Ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets.
• Following all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
