Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting Production Operatives for our Coupar Angus site. You will join a fast-paced team handling poultry products in a chilled environment. Full training will be provided, no prior experience required, with opportunities for long-term career progression.

Shifts available: Days 0600-1500 Mon-Fri; Backshift 1200-2100 Sun and 1500-0000 Mon-Thu. Pay rate £13 per hour plus £50 weekly backshift allowance.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards.
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare poultry products for customers in a busy, chilled environment.
• Assist with chicken portions, filleting, deboning or whole birds as required by the team.
• Full training provided to all new starters, with a focus on safety and quality.
