Job summary

Wynnstay Group PLC is seeking a Customer Services Team Member for the Poultry team in a temporary-to-permanent role. You will support the Demand Planning Manager by processing feed and fertiliser orders, coordinating deliveries and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves customer communication, order processing, internal coordination and general admin duties, with exposure to marketing activities and sales campaigns. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or order-processing preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proactive approach to customer service and ability to anticipate needs.
• Excellent attention to detail with multi-tasking capability.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable with standard software packages and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and colleague enquiries by phone or face-to-face in a professional manner.
• Proactively contact customers within a territory to secure future orders.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to fulfil orders and pricing inquiries.
• Coordinate medicated feed prescriptions when required.
• Keep colleagues updated on feed orders, availability and pricing.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve queries promptly.
• Analyse information and produce reports when required.
• Support marketing activities and promote products and campaigns.
• Maintain communication between managers, sales, customers and internal teams.
• Undertake general admin duties including data entry and filing.
