Job Title: Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO)

If you're seeking a flexible job that fits around your needs outside of work, a role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) might be ideal for you.

You will be part of a multi-skilled team dedicated to ensuring our clients' adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters are kept clean for our local communities throughout the year. Your responsibilities include managing your dedicated posting and cleaning rounds in the South East, South West, and Central London areas, with the ability to manage your weekly 40 hours flexibly by following a simple cycle of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning.

This physically demanding role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. You will work independently on your round, with just your van, and will only need to visit our Dartford branch every 2 weeks to restock supplies and receive company updates.

We provide a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for business use, including commuting and traveling around various locations such as shopping streets, residential, and rural areas. Dedicated training and support will be offered to help you get started.

Requirements

• Driving license with no more than 3 points
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
• Experience driving medium-sized vans
• Experience working remotely or alone without supervision
• Ability to manage your time and plan your workload
• Industrial cleaning experience is advantageous
