Job Title: Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO)

If you're seeking a flexible job outside of regular hours, a role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative offers just that.

You will be part of a multi-skilled team dedicated to posting high-standard adverts and maintaining clean council bus shelters for our local communities year-round. Your responsibilities include managing your dedicated posting and cleaning rounds in the Glasgow and Paisley areas and organizing your weekly 40 hours flexibly (following a simple cycle of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning).

This physically demanding role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, often alone, with just your van. You will visit our Cumbernauld branch biweekly to restock supplies and receive company updates.

We provide a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for your use, including commuting and traveling across various settings such as shopping streets, residential, and rural areas. Training and support will be offered to help you get started.

Requirements

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions is beneficial but not essential
• Experience driving medium-sized vans
• Experience working remotely or alone without supervision
• Ability to manage and plan your workload independently
• Industrial cleaning experience is advantageous
