REPORTING TO: Cleaning Supervisor / Duty Presentation Manager

SHIFT PATTERN: 4-on-4-off, 12-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid break.

St James Quarter (SJQ) is a world-renowned retail-led mixed-use destination comprising 850,000 sqft of prime retail, food, and leisure space, a multi-screen cinema, a world-class “W” hotel, 152 private apartments, and a 4-star aparthotel.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Your duties will involve: litter picking, vacuuming, dusting, floor cleaning, emptying bins, toilet cleaning, glass cleaning, among other similar duties.

Responsibilities:

• Be an active team member on site, ensuring service is delivered to a high standard and all colleagues display appropriate behaviors, adding value to the service operation and guest experience.
• Maintain open and honest communication with the on-site supervision and management team to discuss ways to improve operations, standards, and guest experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and customers.
• Carry out cleaning assignments as designated by management or cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks.
• Demonstrate qualities of teamwork, a positive approach, and a can-do attitude throughout.
• Possess good spoken English skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive outlook.
