Job summary
Jagex, the RuneScape Company, is seeking a Web & Digital Analytics Specialist to lead a company-wide PostHog rollout across websites and desktop apps. You will own onboarding journeys, validate data quality, and configure the platform for product, analytics, and engineering teams.
You’ll build automation to scale insights and work closely with engineering to ensure reliable, well-documented analytics. Flexible/remote options and a fixed-term contract through 2026 are offered.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing analytics platforms is essential.
- Proven experience with PostHog or comparable analytics platforms.
- Experience building workflow automation tooling for analytics processes.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to read/interpret JavaScript for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PostHog implementation across websites and desktop apps.
- Define event schema, identify gaps, validate data collection.
- Configure onboarding/reboarding journeys and platform accessibility.
- Develop automated tooling to scale analytics insights generation.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure correct, consistent integration.
- Work with analysts to maintain data quality and instrumentation.
