Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to cover a fixed-term period, supporting the Postgraduate Researcher Development Programme within the Doctoral School. The role is full-time and hybrid, based at UAL High Holborn/Home.

You will help shape, deliver and co-design development and training for postgraduate researchers, collaborating with diverse teams and embedding equality, diversity and inclusion in all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing training programmes using development frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate and co-design postgraduate researcher development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of the Postgraduate Researcher Development Programme.
• Contribute to shaping and delivery of training for postgraduate researchers.
