Job summary

Unknown organisation is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead EEG data analyses within the MyPhone/MyBrain programme, contributing to study design, data integration across multiple data streams, and dissemination through publications and conferences.

The role offers opportunities to develop a strong publication record, work with large datasets, and collaborate across neuroscience, digital behaviour and public engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing EEG data collected in classroom and school settings, applying appropriate preprocessing, quality control and statistical analysis methods.
  • Developing and pursuing original research questions aligned with the aims of the MyPhone/MyBrain programme, contributing to the scientific direction of the project.
  • Integrating EEG findings with other data streams, including smartphone-derived measures and linked health and education data, in collaboration with the wider project team.
  • Preparing manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present research findings at national and international conferences.
  • Contributing to project reporting and dissemination activities, and supporting the preparation of research outputs for funders and stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Maintaining your own continuing professional development and, where appropriate, contribute to mentoring or supporting more junior researchers and students.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and multi-partner research team, contributing positively to the research culture of the School and Faculty.
