We are seeking an enthusiastic Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) with strong experience in bioinformatic analyses to join our team and lead the analysis of bulk and single-cell ‘omic’ multidimensional datasets. These data are part of a research project aiming to decipher the molecular basis of sexual dimorphism establishment in schistosomes. The PDRA will focus on the transition between the free-living mammalian infective larva stage (cercaria) of Schistosoma mansoni and the first intra-mammalian developmental stage (the schistosomula), in both males and females. The University of Oxford is committed to equality and valuing diversity. All applicants will be judged on merit, according to the selection criteria. This post is full-time and available immediately.
