Job summary

University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences invites applications for a fixed-term postbased in the Oxford Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (OxCIN). The role focuses on developing machine learning methods to map relationships between multimodal MRI and microscopy data across tissue samples.

The postholder will engage with large Wellcome and NIH-funded datasets and collaborate with international partners.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ML methods to imaging data.
• Experience with MRI data analysis is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners across consortia.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning methods to map relationships between multimodal MRI and microscopy data.
• Collaborate with partners on project design, data handling and analysis.
• Take an independent and proactive role in managing the research process and generating opportunities.
