Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Postal Delivery Driver in Horsham for Royal Mail, with immediate start. This temporary role offers 30 hours per week, from 12:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

You will start at the local delivery office to load deliveries, walk up to 8 miles daily, and handle parcels up to 20kg while using a handheld device for signatures. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (points up to 6) and clean licence preferred.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels on foot and/or by vehicle, walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg.
• Use delivery trolleys when required.

Requirements
