Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Driver in Swindon on a temporary contract. The role involves delivering letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle, with a 08:30–16:30 shift and a 40-hour week.

You will use handheld device for signature capture, load deliveries, and work outdoors in all weather. A valid UK manual driving licence (6 points max) is required, customer service focus essential, and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred).
• Previous delivery or driving experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries.
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle – walking up to 8 miles per day.
• Lift and carry mail bags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg).
• Use delivery trolleys when required.
