Job Description:

The Post Workflow Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing post-production workflows in a custom-built workflow orchestrator. The ideal candidate will support the platform, collaborate with clients and engineering teams, and help grow the system.

Responsibilities:

1. Design workflows based on client requests and implement them on the platform.
2. Collaborate with business units on workflow best practices.
3. Test and validate workflows before deployment.
4. Work with the Workflow Architect on new features and integrations.
5. Coordinate with the L3 team on infrastructure needs.
6. Support the Development QA process during monthly testing.
7. Provide L2/L3 support for workflow issues.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in post-production workflows or automation.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, video production, or related field.
3. Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Telestream Vantage.
4. Experience with asset management systems such as Avid Interplay.
5. Proficiency with post-production tools like Avid and Adobe.
6. Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong troubleshooting skills.
2. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
3. Ability to work effectively remotely across locations.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
