Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Post Room Operative in Guildford to deliver parcels, sort mail, and serve customers across the site. You will handle mail queries and ensure items are stored in the correct locations, supporting daily operations with reliability.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, experience with larger vehicles, and a good understanding of manual handling. Shifts vary week to week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving license required.
• Experience driving larger vehicles/vans preferred.
• Good knowledge of manual handling and safe lifting.
• Able to commit to varying shifts: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and supplies across the site.
• Sort mail alphabetically and store correctly.
• Serve customers and assist with mail queries.

• Must be able to commit to variation of shifts as rota changes week by week: 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
