We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Postmaster to manage and oversee the daily operations of our postal facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely mail processing, delivery, customer service and ensure the security and integrity of mail services. You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive community relations. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of postal equipment and facilities, ensuring that all safety and operational standards are met.
The role requires excellent communication skills, as you will interact regularly with building management, tenants and employees. You must be able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.
You will ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, and you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and building procedures. The Postmaster position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of postal services.
Role : Post Room/Logistics Supervisor
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday,40hrs p/w, 09:00-17:00
