LEGO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations & Post Production Manager to cover a 1-year maternity leave, starting in November, ensuring content and assets move smoothly across LEGO Entertainment Partners and Content teams.

You will oversee post-production vendor collaboration, manage distribution and localisation, coordinate content delivery, and support the systems and processes behind it. The role offers hybrid working and collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Managed localisation work for media content, including dubbing, subtitling or translation.
• Worked with media asset management systems to manage digital or content assets.
• Managed budgets for end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.
• Used Excel to support budgeting for media or post-production workflows.
• Delivered content through end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee post-production vendor collaboration and ensure service levels.
• Coordinate content delivery and localisation activity.
• Manage asset delivery, distribution orders, rights queries and content availability research.
• Coordinate production intake, quality control and processing.
• Lead metadata servicing and distribution tracking for content.
• Improve workflows and processes while supporting systems that keep operations moving.
