Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Operations & Post Production Manager for a 1-year maternity cover in London. You’ll oversee post-production vendor collaboration, asset delivery and localisation, ensuring on-time content through end-to-end workflows for LEGO Friends and LEGO CITY. Hybrid work includes three days at the London office and up to two days from home.

Qualifications

• Managed localisation work for media content, including dubbing, subtitling or translation.
• Worked with media asset management systems to manage digital or content assets.
• Managed budgets for end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.
• Used Excel to support budgeting for media or post-production workflows.
• Delivered content through end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collaboration with our post-production vendor, helping content delivery stay aligned with agreed service levels.
• Manage asset delivery, distribution orders, screener requests, rights queries and content availability research.
• Coordinate production intake, quality control and processing for LEGO Friends and LEGO CITY content.
• Lead external partner metadata servicing and maintain accurate distribution tracking and purchase-order processes.
• Coordinate localisation integration with internal partners, including pilots and file-sharing activity.
• Improve workflows and processes while supporting the systems that keep operations moving.
