As our Operations & Post Production Manager, you'll keep content and assets moving smoothly across the LEGO® Entertainment Partners and Content team during this 1-year maternity cover. You'll oversee post-production vendor collaboration, manage distribution and localisation activity, coordinate content delivery, and support the systems and processes behind it. You'll need to be available to start in November.
We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in our London office and up to two days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this role.
If you've worked in a role where you've managed localisation, digital content, end-to-end media workflows and content delivery, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is being ready to contribute from week one while maintaining continuity of service for our partners.
You'll join the Entertainment Partners and Content team, helping organise, localise, package and deliver content for multiple platforms and partners. You'll take ownership, set clear expectations and confidently manage requests when priorities or timelines need to be challenged. You'll work closely with production, social and distribution colleagues, bringing a flexible and service-minded approach to the team.
You'll bring structure to competing timelines, last-minute distribution needs and projects where the path isn't always defined. Over the coming 12–18 months, the team will strengthen operational resilience, standardise workflows and introduce tools and processes that make content operations more efficient. You'll work closely with production and distribution teams, internal colleagues, and external distribution and platform partners.
