Job summary

Sky is seeking a highly motivated Post-production Coordinator to support the Post-production and Production Management teams. You will manage technical workflows from image capture to delivery for internal and external partners, ensuring QA and metadata accuracy.

You’ll liaise with stakeholders, track deliverables, manage platforms like Silvermouse, Airtable and Frame IO access, and provide ad hoc support to the Production team. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional post environment.
• Strong knowledge of current broadcast workflows and post-production tech.
• Understanding of offline, online, grade, audio, mastering and QC processes.
• Desirable collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear, concise, timely reporting and tracking.
• Identify challenges and advocate strategic solutions.
• Able to build confidence and trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of the Post-Production Executive in technical and admin aspects end-to-end.
• Liaise with stakeholders and production partners to ensure delivery paperwork meets technical specs.
• Own and track post-production admin and data across platforms (Silvermouse, Airtable, etc.).
• Ensure technical specs are accurate and updated in all systems/files.
• Coordinate onboarding, deliverable masters, QC, outcomes, and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Set up and oversee technical specs and access to Frame IO for external partners.
• Manage media and internal distribution of online assets pre-TX.
• Provide technical support for Marcomms and premieres, screeners, and DCP creation.
• Provide ad hoc support to the wider Production team.

Whatyou'lldo

What you'll bring
