Bis Henderson Recruitment in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking a Post Delivery Coordinator to support the Operations team in delivering large-scale contracts. The role drives performance across all post-delivery activities in line with contractual requirements and compliance.

The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with a salary of £27,830.40. You will manage claims, POD performance, returns and provide reports for the contract team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claims is essential.
• Administration or customer service experience required.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims in line with RHA Conditions of Carriage and timelines.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and partners.
• Manage POD performance and timely return within timescales.
• Process and track returns; escalate when needed.
• Debrief performance with haulier engagement and process improvement.
• Manage delivery exceptions, refusals and discrepancies through resolution.
• Maintain databases and provide audit trails.
• Create and maintain reports with data accuracy and distribution.
• Provide general support to contract and operations teams.

Ashby De La Zouch

Our client are continuing to expand and we are currently seeking an experienced Post Delivery Coordinator within there Operations team, supporting the delivery of large-scale contracts. The purpose of the role is to drive excellent internal and external performance across all areas of Post Delivery activity, in line with customer contractual requirements and legal compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle claims in line with RHA Conditions of Carriage, ensuring they are investigated, progressed and closed within the required timescales, escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely communication with clients and operating partners to sustain high standards of service.
• Manage POD performance, ensuring PODs are captured, accurate and returned within the contracted timescale.
• Process and track returns, escalating where appropriate.
• Manage debrief performance through proactive haulier engagement and internal process improvement.
• Manage delivery exceptions, refusals and discrepancies, through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate databases and records, providing a full audit trail for all transactions with customers and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain reports as required, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
• Provide general support to the contract team and wider Operations team as required.
