Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing or post-completion environment.
• Good understanding of Land Registry applications and requisition handling.
• Knowledge of SDLT and post-completion procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications to HM Land Registry.
• Respond promptly to Land Registry requisitions.
• Manage SDLT submissions and HMRC compliance.
• Liaise with fee earners, clients, lenders and third parties on post-completion matters.
• Monitor registration progress and maintain accurate records.
