Job summary

Nurturing Growth and Compassionate care Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a Post-16 Support Worker to help young people aged 16 and over build confidence, independence, and resilience to achieve personal, educational and employment goals.

You will deliver one-to-one and group support, liaise with colleges, employers, and social care professionals, and contribute to safeguarding and record-keeping, with a friendly, person-centred approach.
