Protocol Education - Creative Teaching Assistant Role

Protocol Education is currently recruiting teaching assistants from creative backgrounds to start in September 2025. We are seeking individuals confident in delivering one-to-one sessions to students with special needs, especially those who enjoy working with young people and have a creative mindset.

Role Details:

  • Location: Southwark, London
  • Full-time: Monday to Thursday, with optional Fridays
  • Long-term position with job security
  • Supporting students in small classes (6-8 students)
  • Developing academic and social skills through art, music, and other creative approaches
  • Teaching numeracy with a focus on independence and mobility
  • Supporting students in community settings and work placements
  • Training opportunities available during the role
  • Accessible via excellent transport links
  • No umbrella companies, ensuring transparency in pay

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
