Joseph Norton Academy in Huddersfield is seeking a Positive Engagement Coach to design and deliver engaging activities for pupils with SEMH needs. The role focuses on coordinating programmes across our sites, building partnerships with external organisations, and prioritising pupil wellbeing.
The position offers a competitive salary of £29,997 actual annually, working 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri during term time with a few inset days, within a supportive Wellspring Academy Trust environment.
Location: Busker Lane, Scissett, Huddersfield until we move to our brand New School in Deighton.

As our Positive Engagement Coach you will take the lead in the coordination, design and delivery of activities to support children in a SEMH special school.
