Somerset Care Group in Taunton seeks dedicated Support Workers to join their Realise Team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.

Join our Realise Team, part of the Somerset Care Group, in Taunton and surrounding areas. Our tailored service provides support to people within their own homes, out and about, with personal care, hobbies, or companionship.

Qualifications

• A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
• Knowledge of the Taunton area and able to commute to Taunton from your home location.
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
• Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.
