Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice across services and model traumainformed, person-centred care. You will coach teams, support PBS plans and collaborate with managers and frontline staff to deliver consistent, compassionate support for the people we support.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding PBS within daily routines, driving quality outcomes and ensuring staff growth through mentorship and ongoing training across

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader

We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You’ll lead by example – coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and wants to make a real difference.

Requirements

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach
