Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader in Harleston to influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

You’ll lead by example—coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach colleagues and support PBS plans to help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.
• Embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice across services.
• Be visible in services and drive everyday impact for the people we support.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You'll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.
