Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Lead to head PBS delivery at Greenholm School, Sutton. You will develop and oversee high‑quality PBS plans, work closely with families, and coach staff to implement person‑centred strategies.

The role focuses on improving life quality for pupils with complex needs through collaborative approaches. You’ll lead training, model best practice, and ensure plans are followed, with emphasis on proactive strategies and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Experience delivering PBS training to staff.
• Ability to develop and implement individual behaviour support plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organise and deliver high‑quality PBS approaches for children.
• Co‑produce with children and families to identify needs and plans.
• Coach staff in person‑centred practice and behaviour support strategies.
