Birchwood School in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Positive Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs and challenging behaviours. About the Role
As a Positive Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils, teaching staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. You will provide targeted support to pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
You will play a key role in promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches across the school, helping staff develop effective strategies and ensuring pupils receive the consistent support they need to thrive.
