Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd in Lutterworth is seeking a Skilled POS Assembly Operative to join the production team. You will assemble retail display stands, box and package them for dispatch, and work to tight deadlines in a busy, lineside production facility.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a 08:30 to 17:00 schedule. The ideal candidate has prior display stand assembly experience, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and can follow instructions from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Previous Display Stand Assembly experience essential.
• Able to follow instructions from senior team members.
• Physically able with heavy lifting.
• Competent with hand and power tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble display stands and ensure quality workmanship.
• Box and package display stands for dispatch.
• Follow diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Handle manual lifting and operate tools as required.
• Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure safe packaging.
