We are seeking a POS Account Manager / Print Buyer on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract which has the opportunity to be extended depending on business needs. The role acts as a central point of contact for all client communication services requests, developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and implementing strategies to improve the Xerox offering. The Account Manager provides advisory services on print production and communication channels, ensuring off-site production teams are well briefed. They develop relationships at tactical, management, and strategic levels, overseeing operational excellence.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Providing creative and value-added solutions through communication channels.
  • Understanding the client’s business environment and building strong relationships.
  • Assisting in formulating effective briefs.
  • Ensuring Xerox delivers services aligned with client objectives.
  • Meeting SLA requirements and delivering appropriate MI.
  • Managing clients proactively to exceed expectations.
  • Communicating client needs to operational teams and developing strategies.
  • Reviewing operating models for continuous improvement.
Skills and qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in print procurement, account management in Label manufacturing, Point-of-Sale, and Commercial Print production, with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and customer service skills, with experience in engaging at all levels.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel, including data manipulation, LOOKUPS, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities proactively.
  • Experience in account/client development and revenue growth.
  • Commercial awareness and numeracy.
  • Experience with collaborative workflow software and MI reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to articulate and deliver complex and innovative solutions.
