Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Valuations Administrator within Portfolio Services on a fixed-term contract. You will support accurate administration of client portfolios, maintain records, process actions, and deliver valuations and reporting to service clients.

The role sits in the Investment Operations team requiring strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork to ensure high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client portfolio records and valuations.
• Process corporate actions and reconcile data.
• Maintain investment performance data and daily price checks.
• Support stock database integrity and probate valuations as needed.
• Deliver accurate reporting to investment managers and clients.
