Allianz Personal Broker has a new opportunity for a Portfolio Underwriter. You can work from our Birmingham or London offices on a hybrid basis.
As a Portfolio Underwriter, you will contribute to the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through underwriting and analysis of relevant products, maintaining high technical standards, and building relationships with internal and external customers. Our team handles complex portfolios, upholds underwriting authority, and delivers excellent customer service.
Participants will engage in the Global P&C Academy accreditation, enhancing skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management, while sharing best practices across Allianz Group. Pricing roles offer a study package to obtain actuarial qualifications through the UK’s Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
We support continuous learning with free access to platforms like DataCamp, Databricks Academy, and LinkedIn Learning. We also host Lunch and Learn sessions, monthly insight sessions, and forums such as the Data Science Forum and analyst forum to develop technical skills.
Salary depends on experience, skills, and location. It forms part of our total reward package.
