Description
You will work as part of the UKI Client Engagement team, providing process, support, and structural rigor across all the UKI delivery portfolios. As a Portfolio Support Team Lead, you will manage the Portfolio Support Team (PST), reporting into the Client Engagement Head. You will work closely with the Portfolio Delivery Directors & Portfolio Support Analysts to ensure each account within the portfolio has the appropriate procedures, processes, and governance in place.
