Job summary

West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking a Portfolio Resourcing and Pipeline Coordinator to join the Corporate PMO. You will coordinate and manage deployment of project management resources across the WECA portfolio, ensuring plans, schedules and resource requirements are clear and aligned.

This fixed term/full time role involves hybrid working with regular attendance at our Bristol office. The salary ranges from £38,220 to £41,771 and is pro-rata for part-time roles; the post

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project management or similar coordination role.
• Ability to manage information from multiple sources with high accuracy.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-team collaboration.
• Capability to balance competing priorities and deliver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deployment of PMO resources across the WECA portfolio.
• Coordinate project mobilisation activities with clear plans, schedules and resource requirements.
• Maintain and update a portfolio-level project schedule with oversight of plans and resourcing.
• Provide insight, coordination and forward planning to support delivery and decision-making.
