Job description

We are seeking a Portfolio PMO to support our Shared Services Ltd Portfolio.

The Shared Services function provides services to the Technology teams of the LCH Business Lines, focusing on technical change to shared systems and applications. The Portfolio team tracks and monitors this work.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director and with support from the PMO Lead, the successful candidate will ensure governance, financial due diligence, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Review project and portfolio reporting for accuracy, collaborating with Project Managers to highlight achievements and upcoming activities, and challenge RAG rationale as needed.
2. Assist in creating the monthly Portfolio Board Pack (standard slides) and develop any spotlight sessions.
3. Manage the monthly financials of the total cash budget, including actuals and forecasts, addressing variances, challenging costs, and working with Finance to resolve issues.
4. Review rate card reports monthly, validating with Team Leads and the business management team.
5. Manage the DXOne migration project, including weekly stand-ups, progress reporting, milestone management, and organizing Accelerated Development Sessions.
6. Provide ad-hoc support for Cloud GSP PMO activities as required by the Cloud Programme Director.
7. Review SS Ltd Cloud AWS and Azure monthly charges, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
8. Track server decommissions in SS Ltd.
9. Contribute data to the Post Trade Portfolio Board.
10. Review governance documentation.
11. Maintain best practices in Clarity, ensuring budgets, drawdowns, and stage gates are current.
12. Prepare quarterly Portfolio finance review and overview packs.
