Job description

Location: Leeds - 2–3 days a week onsite

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Function: Transformation & Planning

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning excellence? We’re looking for a Portfolio Planner to help shape and optimise enterprise-level planning within a newly formed Transformation Management Office (TMO).

In this role, you’ll work across departments to deliver planning, reporting, and forecasting activities that drive performance and deliver measurable business value. You’ll play a key role in managing planning tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving processes to enhance portfolio delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of purpose and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide portfolio plans and reporting frameworks
  • Support the transition to centralised planning tools and methods
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable plans
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on performance vs forecast
  • Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in planning, resource management or PMO functions
  • Familiarity with planning systems and portfolio/project management tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills
  • Confidence working across multiple business units and with senior stakeholders
