Job summary

Sonnedix is looking for a Portfolio Performance Manager to join the Global Performance Centre of Excellence and drive operational performance across our renewable energy assets. You will collaborate with Operations, Asset Management, Commercial, Finance, Engineering and Digital teams to identify opportunities and strengthen decision‑making.

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience identifying opportunities to improve business performance and leading initiatives that deliver measurable operational, financial or commercial benefits.
Strong ability to connect operational performance with financial outcomes, including cost efficiency, budgeting and value creation.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels, including executive‑level projects.
Interest in leveraging data, automation, AI tools and digital solutions to improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify improvement opportunities across the portfolio and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
Lead initiatives to improve operational performance and deliver measurable benefits.
Support strategic projects and enable better operational and financial decision‑making.
