Job summary

CNA Hardy is seeking a Portfolio Management & Solutions Consultant to turn complex portfolio data into actionable insights, optimise underwriting portfolios, and support informed decision making across the business.

You will translate advanced analytics into recommendations, develop management information and governance materials, and work with Pricing, Finance and other teams to assess opportunities and renewal suitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance or related field.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Experience partnering with underwriting, operations and IT.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance using CNA Hardy's management framework across underwriting portfolios.
• Turn analytics and AI-enabled insights into clear recommendations for portfolio decisions.
• Develop management information, metrics, and executive materials for visibility and governance.
• Evaluate new opportunities and in-force transactions; collaborate with Pricing and Finance on value and renewal suitability.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to establish data, workflows and analytical approaches; support Lloyd's regulatory interactions.
