Job summary

Bonhill Partners Ltd. is seeking a Director-level Portfolio Manager to own a significant Digital Engineering and Technology Infrastructure portfolio across EMEA.

You will lead a diverse regional portfolio of technology and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities translate into successful delivery and measurable business outcomes. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, strategic portfolio governance and oversight of large-scale technology transformation programmes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project, programme and portfolio management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience managing significant investment portfolios and budgets, including programmes valued at $20M+.
• Experience leading sizeable multi-project portfolios in global or regional contexts.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across international functions.

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to identify an accomplished Director-level Portfolio Manager to take ownership of a significant Digital Engineering and Technology Infrastructure portfolio across EMEA.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for an experienced portfolio professional who can operate strategically while maintaining oversight of complex programmes, substantial investment budgets and large-scale technology transformation.

The Opportunity

You will lead a diverse regional portfolio of technology and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across international markets, you will drive portfolio strategy, investment planning, governance, prioritisation and execution.

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years' experience across Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, with a clear progression into senior portfolio leadership.
• Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and technology change.
• Proven experience managing significant investment portfolios, financial planning and project budgets, including programmes valued at $20M+.
• Experience leading sizeable, multi-project portfolios, ideally within a global or regional environment.
• Strong understanding of annual budgeting and planning cycles, with exposure to longer-term strategic portfolio planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across international business functions.
• The ability to balance strategic direction with financial governance, risk management, prioritisation and delivery assurance.

Your Background

We are particularly interested in candidates from Financial Services, Banking or other complex, highly regulated technology environments.

Equally, professionals from large-scale technology infrastructure and telecommunications organisations may also bring the relevant experience.
