Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own a live bridging loan portfolio from drawdown to redemption. You will monitor performance, coordinate drawdowns, extensions and redemptions, and manage covenants and security positions.

The role requires a strong understanding of bridging loan lifecycles, property security, valuations and legal documentation, with experience in live loan servicing and portfolio risk. Flexible working and a discretionary bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridging or specialist property finance.
• Understanding of bridging loan lifecycle, property security and legal documentation.
• Experience managing live loans, portfolio risk or loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of bridging loans from drawdown through redemption.
• Coordinate drawdowns, extensions, redemptions and security releases.
• Identify emerging risks and support stressed cases and recoveries.
• Maintain borrower and adviser relationships and portfolio reporting.
